Mark and his Team completed 2 projects for us 1) Removed and Replaced a 50 metre Boundary Wall 2) Complicated Site Clearance. Mark demonstrated excellent Management skills when planning and organizing the Projects. Marks Team are extremely polite and professional and were very responsive in dealing with issues that came up. As I sometimes work abroad, i needed someone i could trust to deal with all aspects of the Projects when i was away. We were very happy with the quality of the work and would recommend Mark and his Team to anyone.

I was delighted to retain the services of Mark Dunne and his team from Capital Construction. After contacting some other companies, I was impressed with Mark's friendly communication from the very start and his value for money advice on design and building tradeoffs to achieve our goals while controlling the budget. His honest and fair approach to the project resulted in his company winning our business. He informed me of everything and took my approval on everything, giving me control of all the decision-making while advising me and navigating me from his expert point of view, as I did not have much experience in this area. This was my first home renovation project, and I'm delighted I hired Capital Construction as they took care of everything from start to finish, including meeting us at showrooms and arranging samples from trade suppliers for approval. Their design process was amazing also. They worked weekends and whatever it took to deliver the project on time. I came accross Mark Dunne and Capital Construction after a number of negative experiences with builders with regard to quotes, returning calls and a general interest in my project. Mark and his team of builders, electricians, plumbers and other trades worked efficiently to transform my tired old house into a new build entirely. Mark was full of ideas and suggestions that vastly improved my original vision. It was not easy to work around an owner with 2 dogs but Marks team did so with good cheer. I never felt abandoned at any stage as inevitable problems occurred , as old radiators, pipework, re-wiring took place. Mark and his team were always on hand to offer advice or to fix the problem on hand. It was great to work with a company that has the client at the centre. Mark was more than understanding when my bathroom and kitchen tiles went out of stock and was more than willing to accommodate my desire to wait due to unsuitable alternatives. We used Capital Construction to upgrade our floors by installing an insulated concrete screed and new engineered wood flooring. The whole process was very straightforward and hassle free.
